Evening In Paris

The disadvantage of travelling in summer to Paris is that you cannot enjoy the night light life of Paris. The days are longer in summer which takes away the lighting beauty of Paris that we see in magazines or on social media. However, to spend my evening in Paris I decided to visit the museum Louvre. Louvre is the largest art museum of the world. If you are a art lover you should not miss the chance to visit Louvre if you are in Paris. The good news for students is that in France you can have 10% student discount in any museum and in Louvre students have free entry.

The arts were mesmerizing, unfortunately I was not allowed to take any pictures inside. I was highly disappointed. However, the outside of the museum was amazing, it just felt like an art.
I reached there around 6 pm which was golden hour to take pictures. I got some amazing pictures there. I want mention that I traveled there all alone and I took all the pictures by myself, I will soon write a blog post how to take solo travel pictures.

The museum is in the heart of the Paris on the opposite side of the Seine River. It is very easy to walk to the Seine river from the museum. The museum has more than 35000 art piece in it. The fun fact about this museum is that it is world's most visited museum. Louvre exhibits sculptures, drawings, art pieces and archaeological findings.

Every art piece of Louvre has its own story and every pieces is different from the other one. the best part for me was to read the history of each art piece. the sculptures was breath taking. all and all I am not a big art lover but it was an amazing experience for me to visit the museum Louvre.

More posts from my Paris trip is coming on my other posts. Stay with me for more blogs.

Walk around the Belgian streets

Best part about the trip to Brussels was walking around the city. Every street has its own beauty. when you walk around the street you see the different cultures. The city has beauty of mix cultures. You will observe different shopping streets, I must say Brussels is full of thrift shops. There is food street where you can find almost every cuisine however, try Belgian steaks. Every street has its own beauty. However, I loved the food street. I traveled in summer hence I could not see the night life. I have heard that night life is mesmerizing in Brussels.    That's all for today's post. In next post I will talk about the famous church in Belgium.

5 Things that you should never use on your face

Whenever we have some skin issue we try to look for grandma's recipe, sometimes we even try DIY recipes which we see in Instagram, Facebook, or we search for them in google. Do you know that there are lot of ingredients which are harmful for your skin? which may burn your skin or make your acne or pimples worse. Lets talk about products or ingredients which we should never ever use in our face from my experience. 1. Toothpaste  -  I have acne problem so I was looking for a solution to get rid of them. One day I came across a video in YouTube which says toothpaste help to dry your acne and eventually helps to get rid of them and the procedure to use was 'apply toothpaste in your acne and leave it overnight, in the morning wash it with your regular face wash'. So I did the way I saw in video though next day I felt its working, but guess what??? after using for 3 days, I noticed that I was getting black spots wherever I applied toothpaste and skin became dry and started pe...

Things to do in Lisbon

Lisbon the capital city of Portugal. The city is beautiful and the cultural experience that I had there exceeded my expectation. I stayed there for 3 days so, I wanted to make the most out of the trip. In today's blog I will talk about my favorite spots in Lisbon. I loved Belem tower in Lisbon. The Belem tower is situated at the heart of the town. the tower was built in 1514 and in 1983 it was classified as the world heritage site by UNESCO. The architecture and the view surrounding this heritage was very fascinating. The tower has five floors and the view from the roof is worth the hard ride. Climbing the narrow spiral staircase is a task itself. I was lucky that I traveled in January hence, it was not busy otherwise, you have to wait for hours to climb the top.   It is mandatory to get the tickets to get inside. They have a student discount in place with the student discount I paid only 3 euros which was very affordable. Every floor and the architecture has its...
