Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that involves exfoliating the top layer of the skin which removes the dead skin cells and helps to create new layer skin which will appear even and problem free.

I am dealing with acne for a long time. I am bothered by how my skin appears and I was tired of my skin problem. I am seeing the dermatologist for a long time. Recently, my dermatologist suggested me to try this procedure to exfoliate and deeply clean my skin. I was ready to try the procedure and see hoe it will result.

Procedure
The procedure is a non invasion cosmetic procedure. The specialist will spray tiny crystals on your face at the beginning and on top of it they will use a wand to exfoliate the skin. this exfoliation will remove the top uneven layer of the skin and make it appear smooth and even. The procedure will last for 30 to 50 minutes depending on your skin condition.

Benefits
- It helps with the acne and scars of the skin
- It removes the dullness of the skin
- It helps with wrinkle
- It removes the impurities, sebum, black heads and whiteheads.

Do I recommend it?
Well I have only done 2 sessions so far. I would need 8 sessions and I will see result after 4 sessions. However, after 2 sessions my skin looks clear and even. It is helping me with the acne marks. I will update once again after I have completed 4 sessions.

I have heard that night life is mesmerizing in Brussels.    That's all for today's post. In next post I will talk about the famous church in Belgium.

5 Things that you should never use on your face

Whenever we have some skin issue we try to look for grandma's recipe, sometimes we even try DIY recipes which we see in Instagram, Facebook, or we search for them in google. Do you know that there are lot of ingredients which are harmful for your skin? which may burn your skin or make your acne or pimples worse. Lets talk about products or ingredients which we should never ever use in our face from my experience. 1. Toothpaste  -  I have acne problem so I was looking for a solution to get rid of them. One day I came across a video in YouTube which says toothpaste help to dry your acne and eventually helps to get rid of them and the procedure to use was 'apply toothpaste in your acne and leave it overnight, in the morning wash it with your regular face wash'. So I did the way I saw in video though next day I felt its working, but guess what??? after using for 3 days, I noticed that I was getting black spots wherever I applied toothpaste and skin became dry and started pe...

Things to do in Lisbon

Lisbon the capital city of Portugal. The city is beautiful and the cultural experience that I had there exceeded my expectation. I stayed there for 3 days so, I wanted to make the most out of the trip. In today's blog I will talk about my favorite spots in Lisbon. I loved Belem tower in Lisbon. The Belem tower is situated at the heart of the town. the tower was built in 1514 and in 1983 it was classified as the world heritage site by UNESCO. The architecture and the view surrounding this heritage was very fascinating. The tower has five floors and the view from the roof is worth the hard ride. Climbing the narrow spiral staircase is a task itself. I was lucky that I traveled in January hence, it was not busy otherwise, you have to wait for hours to climb the top.   It is mandatory to get the tickets to get inside. They have a student discount in place with the student discount I paid only 3 euros which was very affordable. Every floor and the architecture has its...
